- 1 banana
- 1 cup of almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon of bee pollen
- 1/2 cup of spinach or kale (optional for added nutrients)
- 1 tablespoon of nut butter (peanut, almond, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Add more milk for a thinner consistency, and enjoy your nutrient-packed smoothie!

- 1/2 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon bee pollen
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix oats, nuts, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Once cooled, mix in the bee pollen and store in an airtight container. Serve with yogurt or as a snack.
- 1 packet of frozen acai puree
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup coconut water or almond milk
- 1 tablespoon bee pollen
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Fresh fruits for topping (berries, coconut flakes, etc.)
- Blend acai puree, banana, and coconut water until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top with granola, chia seeds, fresh fruits, and bee pollen.
- Enjoy immediately for a refreshing and energizing breakfast!
- 1 slice of wholegrain bread
- 1 tablespoon of nut butter (peanut or almond)
- 1 teaspoon of bee pollen
- Drizzle of honey (optional)
Toast the bread, spread with nut butter, and sprinkle with bee pollen. Drizzle with a little honey for extra sweetness if desired. It’s a simple, quick, and nutrient-packed snack!

- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup goat cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup walnuts or almonds (optional)
- Fresh fruit (like pears or apples)
Toss mixed greens with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Top with fresh fruit, walnuts, goat cheese (if using), and a sprinkle of bee pollen for a light, energising salad.

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
