Bee Pollen Smoothie

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon of bee pollen
  • 1/2 cup of spinach or kale (optional for added nutrients)
  • 1 tablespoon of nut butter (peanut, almond, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Bee Pollen Granola

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon bee pollen
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix oats, nuts, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  4. Once cooled, mix in the bee pollen and store in an airtight container. Serve with yogurt or as a snack.

  • 1 packet of frozen acai puree
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup coconut water or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon bee pollen
  • 1/4 cup granola
